Tricia Miller, MSW, LCSW, RPT
Tricia Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has provided mental health services to families and individuals in the following areas: Case Management, Mediation, Crisis Intervention, Play Therapy with children, and individual, family, and group therapy since 2005. She specializes in working with children and families who struggle with emotional and behavioral health issues which affect their ability to function in the home, work, or school environment. Since 2008, she has provided mental health counseling services to children and their families who have been placed in protective custody. Tricia also provides supervised and therapeutic visitation for families in foster care in order to promote healthy family relationships and address any mental health concerns that may be a barrier to reunification. Tricia Miller, LCSW is trained to provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to treat traumatic events. She is certified as a Trauma Focused-CBT therapist. She has experience working with all ages and currently provides mental health services to clients that range from age 3 to 65. She has been a registered Play Therapist since June of 2018.

Frank Shablo, LPC
Frank Shablo has been working as a therapist and facility administrator for the last fifteen years. Frank started his career as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor helping adults with disabilities to acquire and maintain employment. As a VR counselor, Frank worked with a wide range of disorders, including developmental disabilities, acquired and traumatic brain injury and serious and persistent mental illness. Frank then expanded his scope of practice to include substance abuse therapy. He eventually accepted a promotion to Deputy Director of Treatment at a Casper area Therapeutic Community where he managed the security and clinical operations of a 150 bed TC, that provided drug and alcohol treatment to Wyoming Department of Corrections inmates, and a 35 bed Residential Treatment Program that served the Native American population.

Shelley Sands CSW
Shelley Sands is a Certified Social Worker at Cedar Ridge Child & Family Counseling. She graduated from the University of Wyoming, Social Work program in 2012, and went on to obtain her Certified Social Worker certification in 2016. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, adults, adolescents, and children, with interests including, but not limited to : depression, anxiety, grief & loss, relationship struggles, anger management, self- esteem, play therapy, and case management. Her focus is on a person centered and strength based approach with clients, and encourage clients to take an active role in their treatment.
